Yes. We go to every length possible to prove that our customers' reviews are genuine. Some of the ways that we do this;
- By providing additional timestamps via our Verified Purchase badge.
- By publishing reviews swiftly whether they are good or bad (as well as responding to them).
- By continuing to accept and encourage reviews on legitimate 3rd party review sites like TrustPilot and Google alongside our own review platform.
- As soon as we are able to have our reviews cryptographically signed a la blockchain by our customers, we will!
Turnaround was super quick, and the price was fairly reasonable for an update to my CV. No frills but got what I needed and wanted.

I was quite satisfied with the call. Do not expect a personal resume review, however, the advice given is helpful, and, you get a better offer for the services. I recommend recording the call, as Denise talks very fast and it was over in no time (18min). There is no possibility to ask her any questions about what she said after you have signed up for the other services.

Free review call that provided me with valuable tips and ultimately I purchased the Advanced CV, Cover Letter, Linked in package. Because of the review call I got one free ATS Optimization Add On to my package.
I purchased the Advanced CV packaged with Cover Letter, Linked In, and ATS Optimization for one job. Blake was my writer. I was very apprehensive about ordering any CV writing service. I had a fee 15 min review over the phone with another agent and she provided me with valuable tips to improve my CV. I looked at about 10 services and chose James Innes Group. I am very happy with my final product. I would recommend using them if you are in need of the service. It took a few days to get assigned a writer, afterwards he was very responsive. I sent a message with a few small changes and Blake was quick to upload a new draft.
The Cover Letter is a great add on to the resume, great summary and one pager that recruiters can look at. As with the other services, great job...

The document which I received from James is fantastic. It mirrors everything which is contained within my CV and is so elegantly written. The format in which it is sent is literally a step-by-step guide on how to make your profile look better with helpful suggestions, but also a copy/paste exercise so you don't even have to think about it.
I am someone who was always in two minds about using a service like this, because I was one of those people that was too proud to admit that my CV was lacking. If you have any doubts in your mind, please don't! The service is absolutely amazing.
I ordered the Advanced Career CV/Resume on 16th August and received my first draft on 24th August. This was down to me, as I had mentioned that I wanted to apply for a job which closed on 31st August. I am sure that the first draft could have been completed before this date (if you're someone who needs a CV quicker), but I am so happy with what I received. The CV itself is so professionally designed and arranged, with the content so beautifully written (with use of so many important keywords). The covering letter is terse and to-the-point (James provided me with a template for the field/industry that I asked for), and the LinkedIn profile document is an extremely helpful step-by-step guide mirroring all of the content in the former documents.
Throughout the entire process, I had Maria and James in contact with me. Any questions that I had (although few) were answered promptly, and they knew exactly what they needed to ask in order to make the CV exactly how I wanted it. The documents that I have received have genuinely exceeded my expectations, so thank you again!

Paid for copy and pasting my old CV with added spelling and grammar mistakes .. The writers are teenagers not from UK.. It's a spam.. rude costumer service
The highlight of the review was quite wonderful and helpful, very precise and constructive.
Poorly written statement. The writer did little to accomodate my needs and just delivered a very basic document. I asked for a refund but I have not received any news about it and I doubt I could get it. I will never use this service again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone, even for basic stuff

I really struggled with differentiating from that should be on my Linkedin Profile and on my CV, Jeff, my consultant, created and amazing profile, with very simple instructions for me to upload.
