- By continuing to accept and encourage reviews on legitimate 3rd party review sites like TrustPilot and Google alongside our own review platform.
- As soon as we are able to have our reviews cryptographically signed a la blockchain by our customers, we will!
The turnaround was quick and effective. The only thing is there were numerous spelling and grammatical errors which were still not corrected in the 2nd draft despite them being pointed out and the alignment of bullet points was not in order. However, I decided to work on them myself as these were minor points anyway. The bulk of the work was good.
I liked being able to make multiple edits. Jerome was patient and helpful.
