Yes. We go to every length possible to prove that our customers' reviews are genuine. Some of the ways that we do this;
- By providing additional timestamps via our Verified Purchase badge.
- By publishing reviews swiftly whether they are good or bad (as well as responding to them).
- By continuing to accept and encourage reviews on legitimate 3rd party review sites like TrustPilot and Google alongside our own review platform.
- As soon as we are able to have our reviews cryptographically signed a la blockchain by our customers, we will!
Initially had reservations about using a CV service and whether I would be wasting my money. Decided on full Senior Consultant package (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile) and worked with my Consultant, Jeff. Found him to be friendly, professional, understanding, quick to respond and met all my requirements. During the process I managed to find employment, so "unfortunately" did not use the improved documents, however, I am confident it would have delivered the sought results and happy I got "value for money". Even asked a Senior Executive of a multi £bn company for opinion and received very positive feedback (commenting he would use service if required!!).
